Information on data processing SmartiveMap SERVICE
(art. 13 Regulation UE 2016/679)
1) Data Controller
We inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (infra: "Regulation"), Your personal data will be processed by Smartive Srl, with registered office in Via S. Sofia n. 27 - 20139 Milan, as Data Controller ("Holder").
2) Subject of Data Processing
We collect and process your personal data necessary for the provision of the "Smartivemap" service requested (infra "Service"), Which:
- Browsing data;
- personal and identification data (name, surname, age, address);
- data relating to the profession (eg company position, office of belonging);
- data relating to the interaction with IT devices and to your knowledge of the main web applications.

3) Purpose, legal basis and optional nature of the processing
Personal data will be collected directly from the data subject.
Your personal data will be processed, with specific consent and solely for the following purposes:
a) supply of the "Smartivemap" service requested by you;
b) sending - through automated means (e-mail) - of the newsletter and communications with promotional, informative and / or advertising content in relation to Smartive Srl products or services The data provided may be processed for the analysis of personal data and behavioral preferences, in order to better structure communications and personalized commercial proposals, to carry out general analyzes and, in general, for profiling activities;
c) fulfillment of legal obligations.
The legal basis of processing for the purpose a) is art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation as the processing is necessary for the provision of the service. Failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the Service provided by the Data collector.
The legal basis of processing for the purpose b) is art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation as processing is subject to the acquisition of explicit consent.
The legal basis of processing for the purpose c) is art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation as processing is subject to the acquisition of explicit consent. Failure to provide consent does not prevent you from using the "Smartivemap" service.
The legal basis of processing for the purpose b) is art. 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation as processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which the Data Controller is submitted.
4) Processing methods
Your personal data may be processed by means of manual or electronic or automatic processing according to the logic strictly related to the purposes themselves or in any case in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data (with particular regard to the use of communication techniques at a distance).
5) Recipients and transfer of personal data
Your personal data can be shared with:
• persons authorized by the Data Controller to process personal data necessary to perform activities strictly related to the provision of the Service, whether they are committed to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality (eg employees and collaborators of the Data Controller);
• persons with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (for example hosting providers) or subjects delegated to perform technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communications networks);
•persons, bodies or authorities who require the communication of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of law or by order of the authorities;
6) Transfer to third countries
Your personal data are not shared with subjects outside the European Economic Area; should this occur, we ensure that this is done in compliance with the Regulation, adopting precautions that only forecast the transfer to countries subject to adequacy decision, on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, on consent or other appropriate legal basis.
7) Localization of the processing and storage of personal data
The processing of personal data will be carried out at the headquarters of Smartive, located in Via Arcivescovo Calabiana, 6, Milan. The collected data will also be collected and stored by Smartive on Servers provided by SurveyGizmo, located in Germany, appointed as data processor.

Your personal data collected through the Service will be kept for the time necessary for the execution of the Service, at the end of which they will be deleted. In any case, the further storage of the data in an anonymised form by the Data Controller is for the purpose of improving the service offered and for statistical purposes.

8) Your Rights
You have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, the access to your personal data, the correction or deletion of them or to oppose yourself to their processing, you have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning you, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation.
Requests should be sent in writing to the Data Controller at the following address smartivemap@smartive.net.
In any case, You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Responsible Supervisory Authority (Data Protector Supervisor), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of Your data is contrary to current law.
